Digital -- Swamp Monster

A wise frog-like guardian of the swamp. Probably the toughest digital painting so far only because it relied entirely on my painting skills, and very little on photo reference.

A little soccer player designed for class.

Coloured Portrait

finished with colour. I am happy with the hands and the satin, but I lost the life in the face when I added the colour. In the end though, I learned lots and that's what counts.

We have a new teacher this year who's having us do another portrait assignment. This time, starting with a value study and adding colour on top.
